1)
Surf and Turf Excursion (Wednesday & Friday)
Heres a combination Land / Sea tour featuring a full day of
adventurous sightseeing across
northern Dominican Republic wild coastal frontier, the Sosua
Cabarete and Rio San Juan
Peninsula.
Get ready for non-stop thrills, some light trekking, lots of swimming
and tons of fun and chill-
out time as we slowly wind our way through forests, canyons,
waterfalls and deserted green
beaches. Well see:
a) El Choco Protected
Area (A cave at El Choco)
After just a short time in the Area Protegida (Protected Area) Cabarete
and Goleta, you have
no doubt in your mind as to how this lush and diverse area was named
a "National
Monument". One of the newest additions to the 70 currently
registered Protected Areas in the
Dominican Republic comprising an incredible 23% of the country's
total land area, the park is
still suffering from somewhat of an identity crisis due to reclassification
by the Dominican's
Department of National Parks. Any local will tell you that its real
name is "El Choco National
Park".
b) Sosua Beach
Nestled on a beautiful beach on the Sosua shore
Dominating a coral cliff jutting into the sea, with beaches spreading
out in either direction and
blue ocean everywhere. Spend a few hours in Sosua Beach where the
sea beckons you to
sample its tropical warm water, it's friendly environment and it's
tranquil surroundings. This
maybe the most enchanting place in Dominican Republic. The tour
is truly the finest excursion
on the beach...
Right in the heart of the town there is shopping center famous for
it's stone made architecture
and narrow streets. Ample time for a stroll through village streets
or a quick shopping
session!
c) Glass Bottom Boat will be
waiting for you to enjoy the magic view of the colorful ocean
bottom full of corals, shells, and millions of sea creatures!
The incredibly clear, turquoise waters, precipitous forested sea
cliffs, and varied wildlife
create a magic landscape with huge visual impact. By glass-bottom
boat we tour the various
coves and off-shore islands, look for sea turtles and sponges, and
stop at the bluest bay in
Dominican Republic for a relaxed swimming/snorkeling session
An experienced Excursion Leader accompanies
each tour to guide you through the
destinations and the various stories behind them. Full information
on the history, geology and
environmental biology of the areas will be provided.
The price includes: all overland transportation, boat ride, use
of snorkelinggear and a
sumptuous lunch with wine.

of Adventure.

best wine in DominicanRepublic.
